SpeakerKeepAlive exists solely to prevent audio hardware (DACs, USB audio interfaces, soundbars, and Bluetooth speakers) from entering power-saving sleep modes by generating a sub-audible low-frequency audio tone locally on your device.
Summary: SpeakerKeepAlive does not collect, log, store, transmit, or share any personal information, device telemetry, usage statistics, or audio data.
2 Data We Do NOT Collect
To be completely transparent, SpeakerKeepAlive does NOT collect or have access to any of the following:
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials.
- No Audio Recording / Microphone Access: SpeakerKeepAlive only outputs audio to your default playback device. It never accesses, records, or processes incoming microphone or ambient room audio.
- No Telemetry or Usage Analytics: We do not track how often you open the app, what settings you configure, or how long it runs.
- No Personal Diagnostics: We do not collect personal usage habits, activity logs, or browsing data.
- No Location Data: The app does not request or access GPS, Wi-Fi location, or network location data.
3 App Permissions & Local Storage
SpeakerKeepAlive operates offline on your host device (Windows 10/11, Android TV, or Amazon Fire OS).
- Audio Playback: The application requires standard audio output permission (WASAPI / Android Audio Engine) to play the low-frequency keepalive tone to your selected speaker or soundbar.
- Local Preferences: Any user configuration (such as signal interval, frequency selection, or launch-on-startup settings) is saved strictly locally on your own hardware using operating system storage settings. This data never leaves your device.
4 Official App Stores & Third-Party Services
SpeakerKeepAlive is distributed via official digital distribution channels:

- Amazon Appstore (Fire OS / Fire TV)
When downloading or updating SpeakerKeepAlive through these stores, your transaction and installation are governed by the respective store's privacy policy and terms of service (Microsoft Privacy Statement, Google Privacy Policy, or Amazon Privacy Notice). We do not receive or process any financial transactions or payment details.
5 App Security & Anti-Abuse
To verify license authenticity, prevent unauthorized distribution, and ensure the application runs in a secure, unmodified state, this App uses Google Play Services (including the Google Play Integrity API) and Firebase Cloud Functions. These services process technical, non-personally identifiable information, such as device status, application package name, installation identifiers, and cryptographic integrity tokens. No personal user data (such as name, email, or payment details) is accessed or collected during this process.
6 Children's Privacy Compliance
Because SpeakerKeepAlive does not collect any personal data from any user, it fully complies with global children's online privacy regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
