Fix Delayed Audio & Stop Speaker Sleep Mode
Tired of missing the first second of notifications, movies, or songs? SpeakerKeepAlive keeps your DAC, USB audio interface, or Bluetooth soundbar awake continuously with an imperceptible signal.
Audio Stream Visualizer
Simulating hardware wake response during silent intervals
What it does
SpeakerKeepAlive is a lightweight utility verified and distributed on Microsoft Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore. Designed to solve audio wakeup delay on USB DACs, audio interfaces (Focusrite, PreSonus, MOTU), Bluetooth soundbars, and smart TVs, SpeakerKeepAlive outputs an imperceptible low-frequency audio stream (a very low-level tone) to keep WASAPI and system audio pipes active continuously while using very little CPU.

Frequently asked questions
Why does my soundbar or DAC miss the first second of audio?
Many speakers, DACs and soundbars switch to a low-power state after a short stretch of silence. When sound resumes, the hardware needs a moment to wake up, so the start of the sound is cut off.
Will I hear the tone SpeakerKeepAlive plays?
It is designed to be too quiet and low to notice on normal listening setups. If you hear anything on your hardware, tell us the device model at speakerkeepalive@gmail.com.
Does it work with Bluetooth speakers and optical (S/PDIF) soundbars?
It is built for DACs, USB audio interfaces, Bluetooth speakers and soundbars. Results depend on the device, since some manufacturers ignore signals they consider silence.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows 10 and 11 (Microsoft Store), Android and Android TV (Google Play), and Amazon Fire OS devices (Amazon Appstore).
Does the app collect any data?
No. See the privacy policy for details.
