Fix Android TV & Fire Stick Soundbar Optical Delay

Stop Android TV, Google TV, and Amazon Fire TV Stick from dropping the first 1-2 seconds of video playback on optical and eARC soundbars.

Android AudioFlinger & HAL Suspend Behavior

In Android TV and Fire OS, the audio mixing daemon (**AudioFlinger**) releases active `AudioTrack` output instances after **3 seconds of inactivity**.

When you pause a video on Netflix, YouTube, or Plex, the TV's Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) completely powers down the optical S/PDIF transmitter or HDMI eARC PCM audio pipeline. When you resume playback, the soundbar takes **1 to 2 seconds** to detect the PCM bitstream and unmute the amplifier, clipping the start of speech.
